Hello Family, It is Arise and Shine Tuesday. Do you know how important it is these days to ensure that you are successfully happy and content in the path you have chosen as a career ? Gallup, in its 2013 State of the American Workplace study, surveyed that 70 percent of people are disengaged from work — or worse.

Oct 10, 2013 Forbes magazine released this : As far as happy workers in those countries, Syria had zero, Algeria had an … but only 7%, just one percentage point better than China, are happy in their work. Sixty-nine percent are not engaged and 24% hate their jobs. 70% Of Employees Hate Their Jobs. Comment Now … The good news for the labor market—more people are voluntarily leaving their jobs than they did a year ago.

Living and breathing our dreams and vision demand that we are equally ready to make whatever changes necessary in our lives, starting inwardly and our environment to ensure successful delivery of what we so desperately desire. Just dreaming your visions with no action on your part will continually equal frustration.
